NTX DISTRIBUTION
This project involved the complete setup and implementation of a modern digital marketing system for a company specializing in high-end AV equipment. My role required a holistic approach, moving beyond simple content creation to establish key strategic assets. This included overhauling the entire company website, managing social media channels, strategically organizing corporate events and expos, and producing high-quality audiovisual content. The primary goal was to modernize the brand's digital presence and create consistent touchpoints across all B2B and B2C channels.

Planning
The core strategic challenge was to convert casual website visitors and social media users into qualified leads interested in complex AV systems. To achieve this, I designed and implemented a comprehensive Digital Marketing Funnel aimed at nurturing leads and addressing specific system needs
WEB PAGE
The initial website suffered from an outdated, unprofessional design that did not reflect the quality of NTX's AV products. I led the complete redesign and optimization effort to transform the site into a professional, high-conversion platform.

Blog

The blog served as a crucial strategic asset for establishing NTX DISTRIBUTION as a technical authority in the AV equipment sector. Its content was designed to directly address the specific questions and technical queries that potential clients would search for online when seeking AV system solutions.

Example of Search Dominance: When searching Google for the highly competitive and specific industry term, 'Powersoft Amplifiers Mexico,' the NTX DISTRIBUTION website achieved a remarkable presence, occupying three of the top seven organic search results.

Social Media & Awareness
A crucial component of the social media strategy was the use of 'trending topic hijacking' to dramatically increase brand awareness and engagement within the AV community.
Current trends

When a major industry event or performance was trending (e.g., a 'HOLO' show by Eric Prydz or other high-profile concerts), we quickly developed reactive content. This involved researching which of our products (e.g., specific amplifiers or speakers) were utilized in the trending project.
Feed

To ensure a highly professional and premium aesthetic, the Instagram feed was strategically planned in a 3-post grid layout, where every set of three publications was visually coordinated to create a cohesive profile appearance. Furthermore, since we represented multiple AV equipment manufacturers, all content strictly adhered to the specific brandbook guidelines of each different brand, ensuring digital integrity and maintaining a consistent, high-quality visual look for the NTX DISTRIBUTION master brand.

Recognizing that in the AV sector product knowledge is a key differentiator against competitors, we utilized Instagram Carousels as a primary tool for technical education. These multi-slide posts were strategically designed to present complex product data, specifications, and functionalities in a visually engaging and easily digestible format. This approach ensured that our audience—from technical installers to purchasing managers—could quickly grasp the superior value and precise differences of our equipment.

Experiential Marketing & Sales Conversion
To bridge the gap between digital awareness and final purchase, I designed a specialized strategy for the in-person product demonstrations (demos). This involved elevating the client presentation from a simple test to a memorable experiential journey.
The Demo

Structured Flow: We developed a precise sequence of what to showcase first, ensuring the demonstration directly addressed the client's system needs.
Curated Content: I selected specific music and audiovisual content carefully chosen to highlight the maximum capabilities of the speakers and AV equipment, creating an immersive, high-quality sonic and visual experience.
Events

To effectively bridge our digital marketing efforts with in-person sales opportunities, I was responsible for planning and executing the company’s presence at industry expos and trade shows. This involved managing all creative and logistical aspects of the physical booth
