This project focused on the challenge of growing a YouTube channel from the ground up in the highly competitive gaming niche. The initiative was a full-scope creative and strategic undertaking, starting completely from scratch. My responsibilities included developing the brand identity (logo, visual style, tone), establishing associated social media presence, and creating a comprehensive content strategy designed to drive rapid organic growth and viewer engagement from Day 1.

Content Creation Workflow

The content creation process was meticulously managed from capture to final delivery, ensuring maximum technical quality and viewer engagement.
The initial phase involved recording the gameplay while simultaneously focusing on a fluid and engaging narrative. The goal was to ensure the commentary and the on-screen action created a clear, compelling story that resonated with the target audience from the first minute.
Assets
Before initiating video editing, the pre-production phase is focused on preparing all necessary visual elements for channel branding and optimization. This individual process is essential to ensure visual consistency, maximize performance and better overall workflow.
Music
Composing and producing custom music specifically for the channel's intros, outros, and transitional branding elements. Designing tailored background music and sound effects for reviews and key segments using Ableton Live to enhance the mood and underscore the content's narrative quality.
Editing
Using Adobe Premiere Pro, the core focus of the edit was on pacing and rhythm. This stage involved seamlessly integrating the custom assets prepared in Photoshop and Ableton

Posting
The content was strategically deployed across both TikTok and YouTube, with a concentrated publication period spanning only 28 days. This focused, short-term deployment was essential to test the viability of the niche, optimize the multi-platform content strategy, and gauge rapid audience reception.

YouTube Reach: Achieved over 42.1K views on the YouTube channel, validating the content strategy and SEO optimization efforts.
TikTok Engagement: Secured an additional 16K views on the associated TikTok account by strategically repurposing short-form video content, significantly boosting cross-platform brand awareness.
